Please note: the subscription cannot be stopped before the end of your chosen period. This means that it runs for at least 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the period you choose. Our voluntary manufacturer's warranty does not apply when you get a subscription.

  4. You will now automatically receive your selected number of hair removal cans from us every three months.
  5. The subscription will automatically renew for your selected duration after the expiration of your selected duration. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time through our customer portal.

Questions & answers about hair removal subscriptions

How can I edit my subscription?

There are two ways to access the portal for your subscription:

1. Use the link that you received from us by email after ordering the subscription. If you no longer have this, you can have a new link sent to you. Click here, enter your e-mail address and our system will send you a new link to log in directly to your subscription. (Please also check your spam folder)

2. Alternatively, you can also easily access your subscriptions by creating a customer account with us. Please note that the e-mail address of the subscription order must match the e-mail address of the customer account. Simply click on this link and create a customer account. After that, you can access your subscription at any time via your customer account, as shown in the following image:

Can I pause or cancel a subscription?

Yes, of course! You can pause or cancel your subscription in the customer portal at any time. Please note, however, that your subscription is active for at least the selected term and cannot be canceled prematurely. By completing the subscription, you expressly agree that we should fulfill the order before the expiration of the revocation period.

What happens if the payment cannot be processed?

If the subscription cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link to securely update your payment method.
