We know the effect of our products and are convinced of them. That's why our online shop offers a money-back guarantee. This means that your purchase is completely risk-free.

What is the money-back guarantee?

If you have ordered a Belle Body product from our online shop and are not satisfied, you have the option of returning the opened product to us. We will then refund the purchase price.

What do I need to consider if I want to make use of the guarantee?

Please note that

  1. We cannot take back products if they are completely empty.
  2. When returning multiple packages of the same product, only one package may be opened to receive a refund for all products.
  3. Return costs cannot be refunded.
  4. The guarantee does not apply to subscriptions.
  5. The following product-specific conditions:
    • Hair removal foam : The foam must be used as directed. If the hair does not come off, the guarantee can be claimed for 60 days from the delivery of your package.
    • IPL : The IPL must be used once a week for 100 days as directed. If there is no noticeable reduction in hair growth after 100 days, the guarantee can be claimed. Please document the application with a photo every week.
  6. If there are any intolerances/rashes, we need photos of them.
  7. The money-back guarantee only applies once per product and customer.

The 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected by the money-back guarantee.

And how can I make use of the money-back guarantee?

  1. Simply write an email to hello@belle-body.de and let us know which product you would like to return.
  2. We will then send you a short questionnaire explaining why you want to return the products. This will help us a lot, especially at the beginning, to continue to develop our products and it won't take you longer than 2 minutes, we promise!
    We reserve the right to request a video of the application process in order to ensure and improve the correct handling of our products.
  3. Our customer service team will then ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible after receipt.
