Where is my order?
This is how our shipping process works – fast, transparent and reliable:
- Order confirmation:
Immediately after the payment process you will receive an order confirmation by email.
- Data verification:
Your order will be transferred to our shipping center, where it will be automatically checked. If there are any errors with the address information (e.g., a missing house number), our team will contact you directly to correct it together.
- Packaging & Shipping:
Once your package is fully packed and the shipping label has been created, it will be announced to DHL.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be lovingly packaged as quickly as possible and sent to your home via DHL with tracking as soon as possible.
- Germany: Shipping usually takes 2 to 4 working days.
- Austria and other EU countries: Shipping usually takes 4 to 8 working days.

Where can I find my tracking number?
As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
According to the tracking number, the package was delivered—but it hasn't. What now?
- From experience, we can tell you that some mail carriers forget to leave a delivery notification. In many cases, the shipment is at your local post office or has been left with a neighbor. It's best to check the tracking information directly via email.
- If you cannot find your order, please contact us directly via our contact form

Lieferzeit
Wir versenden per DHL oder Hermes. Dein Paket wird spätestens am nächsten Werktag verschickt. Du erhältst per E-Mail eine Sendungsbenachrichtigung. Sollte dein Paket nach 7 Tagen ab Bestellung nicht eingetroffen sein, melde dich bitte bei uns, damit wir deine Sendung prüfen können.
DHL-Packstation
Wir liefern auch an DHL-Packstationen. Gib Packstation + Nr. in das Straßen-Feld ein, bspw. "Packstation 243". Füge deine Postnummer bitte in das Firmen/Adresszusatz-Feld ein. So landet deine Sendung in wenigen Tagen zuverlässig in deiner Packstation.

Is delivery to a packing station or post office possible?
Yes, of course!
Enter the Packstation + number in the street field, e.g., "Packstation 243." Please add your postal code in the company/address extension field. This way, your shipment will arrive reliably at your Packstation within a few days.
Return & Refund
Can I return/cancel my order?
- The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you first takes possession of the goods. Within this period, you can cancel the contract without giving any reason. Simply write to us using our contact form , including your order number.
- Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs for a return myself?
- Yes, the costs for a return shipment must be borne by you and cannot be covered by us.
- If you have a complaint or an incorrect delivery, please report it using our contact form .
How and when will my return be refunded?
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect and process it within 3-5 business days.
- Once we confirm your return, we will process your refund.
- The purchase amount will be credited to the payment method you used.
I received the wrong item or an item is missing, what should I do?
- You can report your concern within 3 days of receipt using our contact form .
- Give us a brief explanation of the problem (e.g. which item was delivered incorrectly or is missing) and provide us with pictures.
Even if goods are missing, pictures of the package and the received contents are necessary.
- Without pictures the case cannot be registered.
- Our support team will then take care of your request and keep you updated via email.
